A.Executive Summary-Provide an overview of the school structure,vision statement, purpose, values and beliefs.This may include the ethos and culture of the school,teaching practice,community involvement,learning environment,student and teachers development.(Not exceeding more than 3 pages)

B.Education needs analysis-Provide information/data on the factor that have influenced your dcision to includethe SCSA program into your school's educational offerings.Explain what your school stands for and make it distinctive.

C.Marketting-Describe your process for advertising the SCSA program to current and potential students.Include information regarding press, social media,school prospectus,links to other schools.

D.Management/Teaching team details-Provide Details of the school's leadership and management team which at a minimum includes the principal,deputy principals,key curriculmn leader,financial manager and hummon resource manager,this may include past and current experience.Also include details of the role/responsibilities of each member of the team.
